The B&D team were recently tasked with urgently supplying a batch of plastic valves for the flow control requirements of a new vaccine production centre.
Pressure retaining valves which were specified by the client to be manufactured by Georg Fischer and in PVC-U material, were required to maintain a consistent working pressure throughout the complex process engineering system.
Due to the important deadlines as part of the roll-out of vaccines in the fight against the covid-19 pandemic, the valves were needed same day. The client needed a specialist industrial distributor and stockholder of +GF products and as such, we were delighted to be able to supply the products within the challenging timescale.
