Secondary Refrigeration

Refrigeration is “The science of providing and maintaining temperature below that of surrounding atmosphere“.  In Secondary Refrigeration system the liquids (secondary refrigerants) are used for transporting thermal energy from one location to other. Secondary refrigeration systems require very low temperatures, often as low as -30oC and therefore a suitable pipe material is required to accommodate these sub-zero temperatures.

B&D Plastics provides ABS pipework systems that are capable of -40oC, remaining ductile at low temperature, and therefore ideal for Secondary Refrigeration systems.
