Heating

Heating – A number of Plastics pipework systems exist that are capable  handling the demands of a Domestic Low Temperature Heating system (LTHW). Plastics pipework systems provide a cost effective option for Heating systems. Plastics is naturally corrosion resistant and its smooth bore means there will be no limescale build up which in turn means the pipe bore remains unrestricted and the Pump Duty does not need to increase over time, therefore controlling energy consumption and costs. It is critical that the system design caters for the expansion of plastics pipework.

B&D Plastics offer PP-R and Polybutylene systems for Heating applications. In addition B&D Plastics can provide Pumps, Bracketry, Insulation and other Pipework Ancillaries.
